2. Contact form and email
- Data: name, email, phone (optional), message text, selected language, time of sending and IP address.
- Purpose: replying to your message and communicating about a possible collaboration. The IP address protects the form against spam and abuse.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box and sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); for the IP address, legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up communication; if we end up working together, also for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting records). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Recipients: the hosting and email provider (Hostinger), which processes the data on my behalf. I do not sell the data or use it for marketing.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Necessary cookies are always used because the site cannot work securely without them or would not remember your choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only with your consent.

Google Analytics is operated by Google Ireland Limited. It collects pseudonymised data about how the site is used (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, traffic source). According to Google, GA4 does not store visitors' IP addresses. Data may be transferred to the USA under the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Slovak Electronic Communications Act). Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are stored.
Changing or withdrawing consent: at any time, as easily as it was given.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, email marek.dula@gmail.com.
